New graphics and layout

One fine afternoon, I was fragging really crazily at the Singnet UT-CTF Server, but suddenly I got disconnected from the server, and my cable modem light went wild (blinking rapidly) so I knew it was down again, being frustrated, I calmed myself down, launched Microsoft Frontpage and Macromedia Fireworks, and started to work on the new design.
